Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayo See notes.
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt or sour cream
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh dill (I used 3 sprigs) 2-3 teaspoons if using dried dill.
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice Adjust to suit your taste. Use less for less lemon flavor.
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir.

Notes

For a sauce with bold mayo flavor stick with 1/2 cup of mayo. For less mayo flavor, adjust the measurements to 1/4 cup mayo and 3/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt.
Adjust the sauce to suit your taste. Add more spices or any of your favorite seasoning.
