This Crab quiche is a savory recipe that combines a flaky pastry pie crust with a rich & creamy filling made from eggs, cream, crab meat & vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

– eggs – heavy whipping cream – milk – olive oil – chopped onions –chopped green peppers – chopped red peppers – shredded cheddar cheese *all ingredients below

Unroll the crust into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 15 mins. Remove the pie crust & set aside.

Combine eggs, cream & almond milk in a large bowl.

Heat a skillet on medium-high heat & add in olive oil, red peppers, onions & green peppers. Cook for 3-4 mins.

Remove the vegetables from the skillet & add them to the bowl with eggs & milk.

Add in lump crab, shrimp, & cheese. Stir to combine.

Pour the egg & seafood filling over the pie crust. Bake.
