Smoked Swordfish with Lemon Butter

This Smoked Swordfish is seasoned with the best spices & drizzled in homemade lemon butter. The dish is perfect for weeknight dinners & can be made with any smoker or pellet Traeger grill. 👉


–  swordfish fillets –  lemon pepper seasoning – garlic powder –  onion powder – salt to taste –  fresh lemon juice *all ingredients listed below

Step 1

Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees . Rub both sides of the fish with olive oil & sprinkle the spices onto both sides of the fish & rub it in.

Step 2

Place the fish on the smoker & smoke until it reaches an internal temperature of 135-145 degrees. This usually takes 60-90 mins.

Step 3

Combine the lemon juice & butter in a bowl. Rub it over the cooked fish.
