SIMPLE SEAFOOD RECIPES

STEP 1

Add 1 inch of water to a saucepan & bring to a boil.

STEP 2

Crack the egg into a small bowl.

STEP 3

Add one tb of vinegar (clear, regular works best) to the pan.

STEP 4

Pour the egg from the bowl in to the water. You don’t want to crack the egg into the water. Turn the heat off the pan & cover the pan.

STEP 5

Cook for 5-7 mins &  remove with a slotted spoon.

STEP 6

Toast the English muffins.

STEP 7

Load up the Benedict with the smoked salmon, poached egg, Hollandaise sauce, green onions, salt, & pepper to taste.
