Scallops and Pasta in White Wine Sauce

This Scallops and Pasta recipe is made with pan-seared sea scallops & tossed with a homemade creamy white wine garlic sauce with Parmesan & fresh vegetables.👉


– spaghetti pasta – scallops – Old Bay Seasoning – salt & pepper to taste – butter –green peas  *all ingredients listed below

Step 1

Cook the pasta in accordance with the instructions on the package.

Step 2

Season the scallops with Old Bay, salt & pepper to taste. Heat a skillet  with butter. Add the scallops to the pan.

Step 3

Add the halved corn on the cob, halved red potatoes, & andouille sausage to the pot. Stir & cook.

Step 4

Sear each side of the scallops for 2-3 mins.

Step 5

Add broth, wine, lemon juice, heavy whipping cream, garlic, salt & pepper to a pot. Stir to combine.

Step 6

Add the cooked pasta to the pot along with Parmesan cheese. Stir to coat the pasta in the sauce.

Step 7

Combine flour & water in a small bowl. Stir to ensure the mixture is incorporated.

Step 8

Add the slurry to the pan & stir. Add in the peas & tomatoes.

Step 9

Serve the pasta with seared scallops.
