This Smoked Ahi Tuna Steak recipe has a rich, deep flavor and wonderful smoky taste!

INGREDIENTS

– ahi tuna fillets – olive oil – smoked paprika – garlic powder – onion powder – brown sugar or sweetener – salt and pepper to taste *all ingredient listed below

Rub both sides of the fish with olive oil and sprinkle the spices onto both sides of the fish.

Smoke the fish  as directed.

I smoke it to 130 degrees. This usually takes 30-45 minutes, but can vary.
