This Shrimp Orzo Salad recipe is a delicious & healthy salad that combines tender, succulent shrimp with pasta, fresh vegetables & Italian dressing.

INGREDIENTS

– dry orzo – raw shrimp – fresh lemon juice –  lemon pepper seasoning – salt –  olive oil – Italian salad dressing  *all ingredients below

Cook the orzo in accordance with the directions on the package.

Sprinkle both sides of the shrimp with lemon pepper & salt to taste. Rub the spices into the shrimp.

Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to a skillet on medium-high heat.

Add the seasoned shrimp.

Add the cooked orzo, cooked shrimp, dressing, cheese & vegetables to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine the ingredients.

Serve immediately or chill.
