INGREDIENTS

– raw shrimp  –andouille sausage  – broth or stock – Creole Seasoning – chopped green peppers – chopped celery – long grain white rice – olive oil

Cook the shrimp and sausage as directed.

Add in garlic, green peppers, onions & celery. Stir & cook until the onions & garlic are fragrant.

Add in flour & diced tomatoes. Stir until the mixture is fully coated with flour.

Add in the rice.  Pour in the broth & add the broth & cooked sausage to the pan.

Adjust the heat to boiling and add a bay leaf, Creole Seasoning, salt & pepper to taste & smoked paprika.

Once the pot reaches a boil, reduce the heat on the stove to low. Cover the pan & simmer.

Add the shrimp & crab to the rice.
