This Creamy Salmon Chowder has delicious flaky salmon flavours and a rich hearty broth that the whole family will love! 👉


– bacon  – unsalted butter –  all-purpose flour –  chopped carrots – chopped celery – chopped onions – broth or stock *all ingredients listed below

Step 1

Cook the bacon as directed.

Step 2

Then, melt butter and add celery, onions & carrots. Stir!

Step 3

Add garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant.

Step 4

Add in broth/stock, potatoes, corn, cooked bacon, spices, & stir. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.

Step 5

Adjust to heat to low & place the lid on the pot. Simmer.

Step 6

Remove the lid & add in heavy cream.

Step 7

Add in the salmon & serve.
