Air Fryer Lobster Tail with Lemon Garlic Butter

This method produces perfectly cooked lobster with a crispy exterior & juicy, tender meat drizzled in seasoned lemon garlic butter.👉


– lobster tails  – melted unsalted butter . – fresh lemon juice – garlic cloves  – finely chopped parsley – Old Bay Seasoning ingredients listed below

Step 1

Pat the lobster dry. Use kitchen shears to cut through the top of the shell, starting at the base of the tail & cutting all the way to the end of the tail. Stop just before the fin of the tail.

Step 2

Flip the tail over & then press down onto the ribs. Crack each one.


Carefully open the shell like a book, without cutting through the meat. Slip your fingers under the meat &the shell & lift it out to prop over the shell.

Step 4

Remove the vein that runs through the center of the meat.

Step 5

Combine the butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley & Old Bay Seasoning. Brush it over the tails.

Step 6

 Air fry. I recommend 370 degrees.
