Cajun Seafood Gumbo  with Shrimp and Crab

– andouille sausage  – butter – all-purpose flour – green peppers – celery – onions  – garlic cloves  – okra *all ingredients below


Cook the sausage for the gumbo as directed.


Make the roux. Then add the vegetables and spices. Stir in the broth  and okra.


Add the raw shrimp, crab meat, and optional lobster. Cook as directed.
