INGREDIENTS

– raw shrimp  – salt & pepper to taste – garlic cloves  – coleslaw mix – soy sauce or liquid aminos – fish sauce – sesame oil *all ingredients below

Saute shrimp in a skillet along with garlic.

Make the filling using the cooked shrimp &garlic, coleslaw mix, ground ginger, fish sauce, sesame oil & soy sauce.

Fill & roll the egg roll wrappers.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 mins, OR Air fry at 400 degrees for 10-12 mins.
