This Lobster Pizza recipe is made with buttery seafood seasoned with Old Bay. It's drizzled in a homemade creamy white pizza sauce & topped with gooey mozzarella & Parmesan cheese.

INGREDIENTS

–  unsalted butter –  lobster meat  –  Old Bay Seasoning – salt & pepper to taste – ready to bake pizza dough  – shredded mozzarella cheese  – Parmesan Reggiano cheese *all ingredients below

Add the butter to a skillet or saucepan. When melted, add the lobster meat, Old Bay Seasoning, salt, & pepper to taste.

Cook for 2-3 mins until the lobster is opaque white. Remove the lobster & set aside.

Add garlic to the same skillet or saucepan.  No need to rinse. Leave the butter &  lobster flavor from the cooked lobster. Cook for 1-2 mins.

Add in the softened cream cheese. As the cream cheese starts to dissolve, add the heavy cream, white wine & Parmesan.

Stir continuously until the cheese has melted. Add the Old Bay Seasoning, salt, & pepper to taste. Stir until the sauce thickens.

Place the room temperature dough on the pizza pan & roll it out. I use my hands to shape it.

Spread the pizza sauce over the crust. Next, sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese throughout. Top with the cooked lobster.

Bake the pizza for 6 to 10 mins or until the crust is golden brown. Always refer to the instructions on the package of the dough you are using.
