These delicious Healthy Cod Fish Tacos are served  pan-seared or baked!

INGREDIENTS

– White fish cod, tilapia, etc.  – Unsalted butter or olive oil  – Smoked paprika – Cayenne pepper – Oregano – Onion powder – Garlic powder *all ingredients listed below

Drizzle melted butter onto both sides of the fish.

Combine the spices in a bowl and sprinkle the spices over the fish.

Cook both sides on a heated skillet as directed.  Remove the fish and set aside to cool.

Assemble the tacos!
