Cod Fish Tacos

These Healthy Cod Fish Tacos are served pan-seared or baked!👉

Ingredients

–  white fish cod, tilapia, etc.  –  unsalted butter – Cooking oil –  smoked paprika –  cayenne pepper –  oregano *all ingredients listed below

Step 1

Dry the fish completely & allow the fish to come to room temperature. Drizzle melted butter onto both sides of the fish.

Step 2

Combine the spices in a bowl & sprinkle the spices over the fish.

Step 3

Heat a cast iron.& add butter. When the butter has melted, add the fish to the pan. Cook both sides.

Step 4

Remove the fish & set aside to cool. Assemble the tacos.
