Fish and  Creamy Grits

Grab any white fish:

Catfish Cod Haddock Tilapia

Season the fish.

Pan sear both sides of the fish.

Stone ground grits work best, but if you prefer Quick Grits, those will work, too.

Add butter, salt, and pepper for savory flavor.

Along with plenty of cheese.

Stir in milk for a creamy texture.

Serve the grits  with fish.
