INGREDIENTS

– Steaks I used (ribeye) – Raw shrimp peeled and deveined – Olive oil – Steak rub (details below) – Shrimp seasoning (details below)

STEP 1

Season the steak. Add the steaks to the hot skillet. Sear both sides.

STEP 2

Coat the shrimp with the spices and ensure even coated. 

STEP 3

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook, flipping to cook each side, for  3-5 mins until done.

STEP 4

Cool before serving.
