Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict

Add this delicious lox sandwich to your breakfast or Sunday brunch spread. 👉

Ingredients

– english muffin – smoked salmon – poached eggs – salt & pepper to taste –  green onions – egg yolks *all ingredients listed below

Step 1

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.

Step 2

Add the egg yolks to a saucepan on medium heat with warm water & lemon juice. Whisk well until combined.

Step 3

Cut the butter into 4 chunks & add it to the pan. Whisk for 3-4 mins until the sauce thickens.

Step 4

Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Step 5

Toast the English muffins.

Step 6

Load up the Benedict with the smoked salmon, poached egg, Hollandaise Sauce, green onions, salt, & pepper to taste.
