SIMPLE SEAFOOD RECIPES

STEP 1

Add olive oil & butter to the pot. Add in the flour.

STEP 2

Continue to whisk until the roux turns deep brown.

STEP 3

Add green peppers, celery, onions & garlic to the pot & roux. Stir & cook.

STEP 4

Add spices, bay leaves, 2 cups of shrimp broth & Worcestershire sauce to the pot.

STEP 5

Stir & cover. Reduce the heat to medium-low & simmer.

STEP 6

Open the pot & add the shrimp.
