This Salmon Fettuccine Alfredo recipe combines a homemade rich & velvety white sauce with tender, flaky salmon

INGREDIENTS

–  olive oil –  raw salmon – garlic powder –  onion powder –  smoked paprika – salt & pepper to taste *all ingredients below

Season the salmon with olive oil & spices & cook.

Place a large skillet or pot on the stove. Add the garlic & cook for 1-2 mins or until fragrant.

Add broth, spices & heavy cream to the pot. Once the mixture begins to boil & bubble add in the pasta.

Once the pasta has wilted & is fully covered in the sauce, adjust the heat to medium & cover the pot.

Simmer. Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese & optional spinach. Fold to combine. Add in the cooked salmon.
