SIMPLE SEAFOOD RECIPES

This Pan Seared Cod is cooked in a hot skillet, and seasoned with herbs and spices, and drizzled in a  lemon butter sauce! 👉

INGREDIENTS

– white fish fillets – lemon pepper seasoning – paprika – salt to taste –cooking oil or butter – fresh lemon juice *all ingredients listed below

STEP 1

Season the fish with lemon pepper, smoked paprika, and salt.

STEP 2

Preheat a skillet  with butter. 

STEP 3

Cook the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through.

STEP 4

Top the fish with the lemon butter glaze.
