SIMPLE SEAFOOD RECIPES

STEP 1

Add olive oil & butter to a saucepan or pot on medium heat. Add garlic & onions & saute until soft & fragrant.

STEP 2

 Add in rice & stir until the rice is coated.

STEP 3

Pour in wine & stir until the wine is absorbed.

STEP 4

Add in 1 cup of broth/stock. Stir until the liquid is absorbed. Add in the broth 1/2 cup at a time ensuring the broth is absorbed.

STEP 5

Remove the rice from heat & stir in the Parmesan reggiano cheese, lump crab, Old Bay Seasoning, lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste.
