INGREDIENTS

– mayo – worcestershire sauce – mustard – fresh lemon juice – egg – Old Bay Seasoning – salt and pepper to taste – lump crab meat – breadcrumbs – cooking oil  – buns *all ingredient details below

STEP 1

Whisk together the worcestershire sauce, mustard, lemon juice, egg, mayo, Old Bay Seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

STEP 2

Fold in the lump crab meat and breadcrumbs. 

STEP 3

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

STEP 4

Pan sear or air fry the patties as directed below!

Toast the buns.Place your toppings on the bottom half of each bun. Add the crab cake, any sauce you plan to use, and the remaining bun.
