you will need: 

– mayo – worcestershire sauce – mustard – fresh lemon juice – egg – Old Bay Seasoning – salt and pepper – lump crab meat

STEP 1

Whisk together the worcestershire sauce, mustard, lemon juice, egg, mayo, and seasonings.

STEP 2

Next, fold in the lump crab meat and breadcrumbs.

STEP 3

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

STEP 4

Cook the the crab cake patties; you can air fry,  bake or pan sear them.  Instructions for all below.

Lightly toast the buns, then assemble the crab sandwich!
