SIMPLE SEAFOOD RECIPES

STEP 1

Dry the fish completely.

STEP 2

Combine the blackened spices in a bowl & sprinkle the spices over the fish & rub them in.

STEP 3

Heat a cast iron or stainless-steel skillet on medium-high heat. Add 1 tbs of butter.

STEP 4

When the butter has melted, add the fish to the pan.

STEP 5

Cook on each side until the fish is cooked through.
