This Blackened Catfish is so delicious and flavorful! The crispy blackened crust is made using the best spices!


– catfish or white fish  – unsalted butter or olive oil  – smoked paprika  – cayenne pepper – oregano – onion powder *all ingredient details listed below


Combine the spices in a bowl and sprinkle the spices over the fish and rub them in.


Heat a skillet. Cook the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through.


OR you can air fry the catfish! Air Fry for 7-10 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
