This Seafood Lasagna recipe is made with shrimp, lobster, & crab drenched in a creamy white sauce & melted bubbly cheese.

INGREDIENTS

– lasagna noodles – unsalted butter – garlic cloves minced – heavy whipping cream –  milk  – Parmesan Reggiano Cheese – cream cheese softened –  dry white wine *all ingredients below

Boil the noodles in accordance with the package instructions. Slice the shrimp & lobster into large chunks.

Heat a large pan. Season & saute the shrimp & lobster.

Add in the crab meat & stir. Remove & set aside.

Add butter & garlic to the pan. Saute Add in whipping cream, milk, dry white wine, Parmesan cheese & cream cheese. Stir.

Add the cooked seafood back to the pan & stir. Layer a 9×13 baking dish with noodles.

Add sauce, ricotta & shredded cheese. Create another layer of sauce & cheese.

Top with noodles & then shredded cheese. Bake.
