Baked Scallops in Lemon Butter Wine Sauce

– scallops – garlic powder – onion powder – salt and pepper  – breadcrumbs See notes. – parmesan cheese – unsalted butter  *all ingredients listed below

Step 1

Season the scallops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper to taste.

Step 2

Add the scallops to a baking dish.

Step 3

Combine grated parmesan & breadcrumbs. Spoon the breadcrumb cheese mixture on top of the scallops.

Step 4

Combine melted butter, wine, & lemon juice. Drizzle the mixture over the scallops & into the dish.

Step 5

Bake for 13-15 mins until the scallops are opaque & no longer translucent.
