This Salmon Rice Bowl is an easy, healthy recipe perfect for meal prep &  leftovers. Tender, flaky salmon is paired with rice, black beans, and fresh green vegetables, then drizzled with a homemade spicy cream sauce for ultimate flavor.👉

INGREDIENTS

– raw salmon –  olive oil –  fresh lemon juice –  Cajun Seasoning –  cooked rice –  black beans –  spinach *all ingredients below

Allow the salmon to come to room temperature & dry the salmon completely using paper towels.

Drizzle the olive oil & lemon juice over the salmon & then sprinkle the spices throughout.

Air fry, bake, or pan sear.

Add the cooked salmon & the toppings to a bowl & serve.
