SIMPLE SEAFOOD RECIPES

STEP 1

Season the shrimp. Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat with the seasoned shrimp & cook.

STEP 2

Remove the shrimp from the pan & set aside. Add the sausage to the pan. Cook the sausage. Remove & set it aside.

STEP 3

Add in garlic, green peppers, onions & celery. Stir & cook until the onions & garlic are fragrant.

STEP 4

Add in flour & diced tomatoes. Stir until the mixture is fully coated with flour.

STEP 5

Add in rice & stir to toast the rice with the flavors of the pan.

STEP 6

Pour in the broth & add the broth & cooked sausage to the pan.

STEP 7

Adjust the heat to boiling & add a bay leaf, Creole Seasoning, salt & pepper to taste & smoked paprika.

STEP 8

Once the pot reaches a boil, reduce the heat on the stove to low. Cover the pan & simmer.

STEP 9

 Add the shrimp & crab to the rice.
